Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-06

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of carolinahoardingcleanup.com (the "Site") and the referral and intake-coordination services offered by Carolina Hoarding Cleanup ("we," "our," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About Our Services

Carolina Hoarding Cleanup is a referral and resource platform. We connect users in North and South Carolina with vetted independent third-party providers offering services such as hoarding cleanup, estate cleanouts, biohazard remediation, junk removal, deep cleaning, senior downsizing, property preparation, and professional organizing. We do not perform cleanup services directly.

Referral Disclaimer

The cleanup services are performed by independent providers operating under their own business names, licenses, insurance policies, and warranties. While we screen providers for compassionate service, professionalism, and applicable certifications, we are not responsible for the work performed by independent providers. Any contract for cleanup services is between you and the provider directly.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to submit an intake request or otherwise use the Site for transactional purposes.

Intake Information

You agree that the information you submit through our intake forms or share by phone or email is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on this information to match you with an appropriate provider.

Estimates & Pricing

Any cost ranges shown on the Site (including the Hoarding Cleanup Cost Estimator) are educational only. Final pricing always requires a confidential on-site assessment by an independent provider. We do not guarantee final pricing for any specific job.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying code — is owned by Carolina Hoarding Cleanup or our content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carolina Hoarding Cleanup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services performed by independent providers, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carolina Hoarding Cleanup from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
